- Please contact Sight Enhancement Systems (see Contact Us) so we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). This allows us to track your equipment on return to our factory, ensuring the repair is completed in the most timely manner. It also provides us with an opportunity to confirm the return mailing details and thus expedite the return of your equipment.
- When we provide you with your RMA, we can give you advice on the best method of shipping the goods back to us, reducing shipping delays sometimes associated with cross-border shipments.
- Make your shipment is adequately packaged for transportation.
